Sunday on holiday

We had a good night's sleep at Pop's and I took Amy back to the flat to pick up a few things and say our good-byes. I was sad to leave as it will be the last I will see of her before she heads off to Melbourne in February.

On the way up to Marton I took a couple of scenic photos of the western coastline. True to form the wind had got up and the sea was quite churned up.





I called in to see Colleen and John on the way up. They have done wonders with their house taking out the garage and concreting the now massive driveway. I should have taken a photo. I hadn't seen them in ages so it was great to hear how they were going.

On arriving in Marton to visit Ruth and Paul I was really pleased to catch Ada-May, Niko and Dalzeil. Dalzeil is growing fast and really cute. I was won over immediately by the big hug he gave me when I first arrived.
