Nothing great to impart today. Took a drive though and had a look at the state of the river upstream. We really need a bit of a flood to give the river a good clean out and to increase the flow a little. Also I thought it might give hope to my northern hemishere readers to see a little summer greenery!

Thank you for the photo of the lovely river and it's greenery. At present the U.K. is dull, boring and leafless with the trees bare. Today is a typically British Monday morning - very dull and rainy! All the best.
