Today after a slow start Mum and I went for a drive over to Kaiteriteri for a last look around and make final arrangements for camp next week. It was a lovely day and we had an al fresco lunch at the Kaiteriteri restaurant. The photo shows Kaiteriteri from the bridge. In the background is the launch we are going to go out on on camp next week before we walk part of the Abel Tasman National Park Walkway. People were waterskiing and kayaking and a few were in swimming. A little cool for me just yet.
On the way home we called in again to see how the four foals were faring. One of the mares came over for a sratch behind the ears which was very sociable of her. The foals are thriving. Two look so similar they could be twins.
