It started out real early with a dawn trip to see the whales. Romanticized notion but I was rather ill a coupla times with the southerly swell. Surprisingly enough I wasn't the worst. We saw three whales. I was proud of this iPhone photo.
Then we returned to Ohau Point to watch the baby seals play. Watch the video for more of how it was.
We bought some crayfish then headed to Hanmer for wonderful soak in the new aquatherapy pools. Fabulous.
