The Marlborough Sounds are a coupla hours drive from Nelson and I thought I wasn't going Roget coverage but all is sweet apart from the sandflies. Went of caching for a bit which led me to this spot. Met two guys there- one on respite from Chch and boating in to get more ice and beers and the other an ex pat Aussie walking the track.
